Today my friends at The American Spectator published KIG’s post about John Dean’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee (John Dean? Seriously?) under the much better headline A Mafia Hit Man’s Assessment of John Dean subhead Jerry Nadler knows how to pick ’em. Here’s the link to the TAS article.
In writing the article, I relied in part on Geoff Shepard’s excellent book The Real Watergate Scandal – Collusion, Conspiracy, and the Plot that Brought Richard Nixon Down. Geoff joined the Nixon White House directly out of Harvard Law School . He later served as Nixon’s Deputy Defense Counsel during the Watergate investigation and prosecutions. Geoff ‘s book exposes the unethical and illegal double dealing of the Watergate Special Prosecution Force and the judges who abetted it. He pays particular attention to the role played by the sleazy and insufferable John Dean, former Counsel to the President and current CNN talking head. Indeed, Geoff and I have formed a friendship based in significant part on our mutual loathing of Dean.
For those of you interested in buying Geoff’s eye-opening and well-written book, here’s a link to Amazon.com. As with KIG’s previous experiment in e-commerce, if you order Geoff’s book through this website, KIG will get an entire ten cent kick back! So live a little. Click that link and buy Geoff’s book.
On Monday I did a television interview with Cam Edwards of NRA TV about my recent column in the Philadelphia Inquirer discussing the relationship between gun free zones and mass public shootings. Since I am such an e-caveman, I don’t know how to access NRA TV and consequently can’t give you a link to the interview. If any of you know how to tune in to NRA TV, please let me know.
