Today I was a guest on AM 560 Chicago’s Morning Answer to discuss my article in yesterday’s The American Spectator. The video link to the interview is set forth at the bottom of this page. I had to use extra large typeface and position the link so far down so that the video wouldn’t be overlapped by the Amazon banner ad on the right side of this page. I lack the technical knowledge necessary to either move or remove the banner ad, so using big typeface and leaving a mostly blank page have to be my lame work around solution. […]
Time Travel to America
Yesterday The American Spectator published my article below regarding Florida’s approach to the Covid 19 pandemic. It’s been linked to by my friends at Powerline as well as Real Clear Politics and has generated a fair amount of controversy. Here’s my favorite reader comment so far on the AmSpec website: “Apparently any kind of lawless trash can become a state or federal prosecutor.” I think that may have been written by one of my law school profs under a nom de internet. By the way, that’s not me in the picture above. Anyhow, hope you enjoy the article. SPECIAL REPORT Life […]
Cancelling Mike
Mike Lindell, the owner and CEO of MyPillow, has been targeted by the cancel culture for daring to challenge the conduct of the November 2020 election. His Twitter account and that of MyPillow have been cancelled, and major retailers have ceased carrying the MyPillow product line. So why has Lindell been attacked? He has sinned against prevailing political orthodoxy by producing and promoting a disturbing video report regarding the apparent vulnerabilities of this country’s cyber voting system. The video is controversial and YouTube and Vimeo have deleted it. Similarly, here’s how Newsmax shouted down Lindell when he tried to discuss […]
Today I was privileged to appear on AM 560 Chicago’s Morning Answer to discuss the upcoming Senate impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump. As usual the hosts, Dan Proft and Amy Jacobson, were well-prepared and asked pertinent and probing questions. Here’s the video of the interview: This interview is just a taste of a longer post that is in the works. So stand by.
The Drive-By Impeachment
Yesterday the House of Representatives impeached President Trump after an historically short hours-long debate. He has, in essence, been charged with inciting the incursion into the Capitol by persons protesting what many reasonably perceived as a rigged presidential election which will result in Joe Biden’s inauguration on January 20, 2021. In his speech to the assembled protesters, President Trump told the crowd that they should peacefully assemble at the Capitol. He did not call for violence or an invasion of the Capitol, and, at the first reports of trouble, he tweeted that the demonstrations must remain peaceful. Nevertheless, his political […]
A number of you have kindly inquired as to why I have recently been absent from these pages. The reason is that, since early November, the only matter worth discussing has been the outright theft of the 2020 presidential election, and, as will be explained below, I have been emotionally and intellectually unable to rationally address the topic. President Trump won re-election by an historic landslide. He has been denied his rightful victory by means of corrupted voting machines and the massive use of unverified and unverifiable mail in ballots. I won’t go into the details since I would just […]
Thanksgiving 2020
As it has done every Thanksgiving since 1961, the Wall Street Journal has published The Desolate Wilderness, an account of the Pilgrims’ journey to America, followed by a commentary, And the Fair Land, written by Vermont Royster, a native of North Carolina who held many positions at the the WSJ including being its editor from 1959 to 1971. Royster started the WSJ’s annual tradition of publishing both pieces on Thanksgiving. Unlike the J-school know-nothings who infest today’s media, Royster had a life outside the confines of journalism that gave him an appreciation of this nation, its forbears and its accomplishments. In 1940, he left the WSJ to join […]
57 years ago today, as I was leaving my English Literature class at Georgetown University, word came that President Kennedy had been shot in Dallas. His condition was unknown. Then, in my next class, American History, a messenger from the Dean’s Office mounted the platform and whispered into the ear of Fr. Joseph Durkin, S.J., the lecturer. Durkin nodded and then announced, “Gentlemen, the President is dead. There will be a Mass for the Dead in the Quadrangle. You are dismissed.” We silently exited and went directly to the Freshman Quadrangle where Mass was underway. The above is a picture […]
I’ve spent the week being interviewed by various media outlets regarding the attempted theft of the presidential election in Pennsylvania and the multi-front legal battle underway to rectify matters. First up was a Skype interview on the Conservative Commandos Show. There followed in quick succession radio interviews on Chicago’s Morning Answer and the Dan Proft Show, both of which air on AM560 in Chicago. I don’t have a link to the Conservative Commandos video, but you can listen to my interview on Chicago’s Morning Answer by clicking on this link and by clicking on this link for the Dan Proft […]
Lawyers, Guns and Money!
As predicted by President Trump, Attorney General William Barr and others, the unprecedented use of tens of millions of mail-in ballots in a national election has resulted in utter chaos and outright election theft. In one Democrat-controlled jurisdiction after another, Republican poll watchers have been blocked from observing the counting of the ballots. Reports of a late night ballot dump in Milwaukee (after counting supposedly had been suspended for the evening and the watchers sent home) resulted in former Vice-President Biden suddenly pulling ahead of President Trump to “win” Wisconsin. Reportedly, seven of the reporting Milwaukee precincts returned more ballots […]
Stealing Pennslyvania
Here’s my article which ran in yesterday’s The American Spectator. It deals with election fraud. Read, heed and, for all our sakes, vote today in person. Stealing Pennsylvania, The American Spectator Recently on the Sean Hannity Show, pollster Robert Cahaly of the Trafalgar Group predicted that President Trump would win reelection. As you may know, Trafalgar was almost alone in correctly predicting Trump’s 2016 win. With so many mainstream polls showing Biden–Harris ahead, what accounts for Trafalgar’s contrarian position? According to Cahaly, the other pollsters are refusing to either recognize or factor in the very real “shy Trump voter” phenomenon. […]
Doxing the Donors
So here we are in the last days of one of the most contentious national elections in America’s history. Rioting and looting have broken out again in Philadelphia following the shooting death of a knife-wielding black man shown on video charging at police. Reports are that Black Lives Matter, to chants of “pigs in the hood ain’t no good”, are stoking the unrest as over 30 police officers have been injured trying to quell the violence and destruction. The governor has sent the Pennsylvania National Guard to help restore order. A citywide curfew has been declared starting tonight. This latest […]
Here’s my latest offering in The American Spectator. You can access the article with reader comments on the AmSpec website by clicking on this link. Or you can read it minus the comments below. Voter Fraud: Harvesting Granny As a young lawyer in 1971, I volunteered my services to the Committee of Seventy, a nonpartisan, independent watchdog, to help monitor the Philadelphia mayoral election between Democrat Frank Rizzo and Republican Thacher Longstreth. The committee sent volunteers to investigate reports of voting irregularities at polling places throughout the city. While we had no authority to intervene or rectify a situation, if founded, […]
Meet Fleming Fuller
Fleming Fuller produced and directed the documentary Who Killed George Floyd? which you can access by clicking on this link to the Centaur Film Works website or on this YouTube link. Today he was interviewed by Roshini Rajkumar on WCCO Minneapolis. Fleming described the process which caused him to make the documentary and what he learned by reviewing the evidence in the George Floyd case. As he points out in the interview, the key evidence in the case – which establishes that the police officers who have been charged with murdering Mr. Floyd in fact did not kill him – […]
Centaur Film Works
The George Floyd documentary continues to run on YouTube. To date there have been 41,000 + views, 724 thumbs up, 20 thumbs down and 175 comments posted. Although this is hardly “going viral”, it’s a respectable tally. Nevertheless, to guard against YouTube de-platforming the documentary, Centaur Film Works, the producer, has set up a website on which the documentary can be accessed. To view the documentary on CFW’s new website, click on this link. Meanwhile, CFW is working to gain a larger audience for the film. Hopefully there will be more to report on this front in the near future.
